·     RCM received grant from SMIDEC under the ITAF2, Product and Process Improvement Scheme for its achievement in improving and upgrading of product, product design and processes for the Ultra ATA cable and connector.

·     Filed U.S. patent application (serial number 10/ 624,620) for our SATA signal cable.

·     Filed Chinese patent application (serial number 03817370.0) for our SATA signal cable.

·     Our Group successfully developed audio jack Rev 2 for use in musical instrument.

·     Our Group successfully develop Card Edge Connector for use in hard disk drive.

·     Our Group successfully developed SATA Signal Cable for use in computers and digital equipment.

2004

·     RCM achieved ISO 9001 / 2000 certification which states that the company’s quality management system complies with that of the ISO standards.

·     Our Group successfully developed medical sensor cable for use in medical equipment.

·     Our Group successfully developed USB cable for use as MP3 players’ accessories. Later that year, our Group successfully develop power docking cable connectors that are used as mobile phone accessories.

2005

·     Awarded the USA patent 6,951,477 for our unique SATA termination method for cable assembly.

·     Awarded China patent 1246236 for our unique SATA termination method for cable assembly.

·     Our Group’s R&D team successfully developed the following:

                * Micro-coaxial antenna cable that are used in broadband products.

                * High-speed coaxial connector that are used in broadband products.

                * Isolated panel mount USB cable that are used in broadband products.

                * Integrated silicon microphone interface cables that are used for audio sensing

                  applications.

                * SATA power and signal combo cable that are used in computer and digital

                  equipment.

                * SATA signal cable with integral latching system that is used in computers and

                  digital equipment.

·     Approval for IPO of Connect-County Group and being listed on the Malaysia Bursa (ACE)

2006

·     Successfully developed the mini USB connectors that are used in computers, as well as consumer and electronic devices.

2007

·     Obtained ISO:9001:2000 certification for RCC’s factory located in Shenzhen, China.

·     Obtained ISO14001:2004 certification for RCC’s factory located in Shenzhen, China.

·     Our Group successfully developed the micro USB connectors that are used in computers and consumer and electronic devices.

2008

·     The Group launched its own in-house cable extrusion lines.

·     Our Group successfully developed RF cables (0 to 40 GHz) micro-coaxial, RF and various antenna development and applications that are used in RF tuners in TV and set-top boxes.

2009

·     Achieved the Underwriters Lab UL File No: E321220 for Application Wiring Material – Components and Application Wiring Material Certified for Canada-Component for RCC’s factory located in Shenzhen, China.
